COMPANY PROFILE

Pasticceria Quadrifoglio was born, as a Pastry lab, in 1978 in Modena – the heart of Italian Food Valley - from the dream of four young Pasty Chefs and entrepreneurs: bring the Italian Pastry Art to as many people as possible.

The Pastry lab quickly became a trusted partner for the Restaurants of Emilia Romagna, delivering every day frozen patisserie, cakes, gelato and sorbet. Pasticceria Quadrifoglio grows up, acquires clients, and starts news collaboration in Italy and abroad.

From 2008, PQ is certificated BRS and IFS to assure its customers the highest quality’s standard.

Today we offer High Quality Italian Patisserie to food chains, wholesalers, restaurants, industries and in-store bakery sector of Europe, USA, Australia, and Asia.

Pasticceria Quadrifoglio is today a big family, and we go on following our dream: to deliver the best dessert moment out of home to as many people as possible.
