ICF & Welko Food is the Food Processing business unit of ICF & WELKO S.p.A., a long experienced industrial automation company, based in Maranello, Italy, since 70’s.
ICF & Welko Food Division operates with organization, staff and specific skills in designing, manufacturing and installing plants for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries all over the world.
We supply complete cutting-edge - turnkey - plants and single machines for the production of food powders and agglomerates such as dairy products, coffee, tea, chocolate and a wide range of food products, tailored to the specific needs of the individual customer and in compliance with international hygiene and quality standards.
Our solutions for food industrial processing mainly concern product spray drying, fluidized-bed drying, agglomeration, powder processing, dedusting systems, soluble coffee production systems, milk and by-product powder production systems, automation, washing and sanitizing systems.
ICF & Welko has a R&D Lab equipped with semi-industrial machines, pilot equipment and skilled staff to assist customers during the design stage by simulation and testing on product behaviour under conditions similar to production ones, allowing us to study and size the most appropriate industrial solution.
