FORCED CIRCULATION CONCENTRATORS:

IN DOUBLE EFFECT

Optimal solution for all situations in which production capacities are between 150 and 500 T / day or in case the primary production concerns fruit concentrates. The low design temperatures allow in fact to maintain a high quality final color of the product.

IN TRIPLE EFFECT

Variable production capacity between 300 and 2500 T / day, allowing a further reduced steam consumption while maintaining excellent quality of the product obtained. The low design temperatures and the high exchange surfaces allow the Ing. A. FALLING FILM EVAPORATORS

Suitable for the most delicate treatments, such as apples and citrus fruit, the multiple effect falling film evaporators represent the ideal solution for the concentration of low viscosity and clarified juices.

They are generally coupled to aroma recovery systems able to condensate the steams produced during the concentration phase, in order to recover the most aromatic part that otherwise would be lost. To the falling film evaporators is generally applied a successful mechanical vapor recompression system MVR or TVR, in order to significantly reduce the energy consumption

RECOVERY OF AROMAS AND ESSENTIAL OILS
Recovery and partial concentration of the aroma, of limpid or pulpy juices and to carry out aroma re-addition after concentration and before aseptic filling. Aroma recovery is carried out by flashing the juice outletting by condensation/concentration of the flash vapour separated by undirected chilled water.
