Tropical Food Machinery manufactures completes lines for fruit processing which include units for feeding, sorting, pulp separation, thermal and enzymatic treatment, refining, evaporation, sterilization and filling. The processing capacity range of TFM’s lines starts from a very low working capacity (200 Kg/h of fresh products) up to 50 T/h, with different levels of automation. The technology of TFM is capable of processing different kinds of fruit with the same machinery, so that the same units can be used during different periods of the year to process different fruits with only few simple adjustments of the processing parameters. Among the fruit that can be processed by our machinery, there are tropical fruits (such as passion fruit, mango, dragon fruit, guava, pineapple, banana), tomato and deciduous fruits as well (such as for example peaches, apricots, cherries, apple, pears).
