Acetaia Leonardi is a family run, closed loop Balsamic Vinegar Farm since 1871.
Located in Magreta, in the Countryside of Modena, it has been producing for more than four generations exclusive Balsamic Vinegars of Modena obtained according to the tradition.
The peculiarity of our production is that all processing steps takes place within one facility: starting from the growing of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, going through their picking up, squeezing, cooking and ageing in the more of 3500 wooden barrels, until the bottling and packaging of the final product.

The result of working exclusively the traditional way is a wide range of genuine products, 100% natural, free of any kind of chemical agent like caramel, colorants or preservatives and with a real traceability throughout the producing path.
We are BRC, IFS and ORGANIC certified.
Thanks to our closed-loop production we also offer private labelled products, customized on client’s need.

We offer a wide range of products, starting from the youngest ones for daily use to dress salads and vegetables, passing through medium aging to enrich fresh pasta, soft cheeses, meat, fish, up to the most precious ones – aged even 150 years - to dress matured cheeses, strawberries, desserts or to be eaten pure as natural digestive after meals.

Acetaia Leonardi during years has won many Quality Awards, incuding the last from the German magazine “Der Feinschmecker”, that selected our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena as best one, achieving the 1st place among 50 different producers.
