Our velvety and creamy Gelato, decorated by hand with the very best ingredients, is now presented on a GLUTEN FREE soft sponge cake slice.

Do not miss the opportunity to discover our CASSATA, inspired by the traditional Sicilian dessert, prepared with ricotta cheese gelato and stuffed with pistachio spreadable cream.

The cake is decorated with candied fruit and whole toasted pistachios.

On the base, a sponge cake slice dunked with maraschino syrup.
