DIMA CHEESE MAKING VAT

DIMA Cheese Making Vat, the ideal solution for milk coagulation and curdling to produce any kind of cheese (hard, semi hard and soft cheeses), are triple-walled double-circle tanks (double "O") with flat or conical base, closed design with automatic C.I.P cleaning.

Different capacities available: from 2.000 liters to 20.000 liters.

“CVS” series: with heating at the vertical wall of the cheese vat

“CVH” series: fully jacketed with heating at the vertical wall and at the bottom of the cheese vat

“CVB” series: fully jacketed with heating at the vertical wall and at the bottom of the cheese vat and double cone bottom

“CVT” series: cylindrical and overturning vat in single, double or multiple version particularly indicated for buffalo mozzarella and Italian traditional “fior di latte” production.
