Veroni’s PGI-certified Felino salami takes its name from the town situated in the Parma hills, and obtains its uniqueness from its intense, characteristic aroma and its soft flavour.

The mixture for Salame Felino, called “trito da banco” (“chopped on the counter”), consists of fatty cuts and lean cuts, to which are added whole grains of salt, pepper, garlic, white wine and spices. This salami, once stuffed into a natural pork casing and tied with string, is recognised for its characteristic irregular cylindrical shape, its considerable size and its sweet and delicate taste.
