The GS 10-2 belt cutter, tried and tested a thousand times, not only appears in a new look
but also impresses with its high-performance technology and substantial functions.
The GS 10-2 is the ultimate all-purpose belt cutting machine for leaf salad, vegetable, fruit,
herbs, meat, fish, sausage, bread, cheese, nuts and many more. It is ideal for use in large
kitchens, catering and industrial applications.
The GS 10-2 presents an attractive package of innovative features and enhancements such
as:
 sloping surface
 modern hygienic design
 knife box with optimized ejection (products remain undamaged during unloading
process)
 completely redesigned downholder
 new safety interlock system on knife box
The GS 10-2 is equipped with a conveyor belt of 125 mm width with perfect downholder
technique for correct and soft product guiding.
Various cutting accessories for a wide range of applications are available:
 slicing delicate leaf salad products and herbs like chives, dill, parsley, etc.
 strip cutting / dicing / segmenting vegetables, fruit, etc.
 grating / shredding raw vegetables, cheese, bread, nuts, etc.
 tearing and slicing chicken breast, meat, etc.

Machine‘s extra hardware to communicate over the internet:
 PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
 VPN (Virtual Private Network) Router
 Cloud connection via Edge-Gateway
 Optional: WiFi module for communicating within an independent machines network
For using SMART Machines a WiFi network is necessarily required.
You can collect, send and receive information as well as create notifications. Thus, you can
learn about the statuses of machine‘s functions, such as:
 Safety switches (belt door, knife door, safety bracket,
 emergency stop)
 Switches (ON, OFF, brake)
 Selected program
 Knife speed and belt speed
 Frequency converter: voltage, power consumption, temperature, fault memory,
working hours
Optionally GS 10-2 SMART can communicate with other machines which are networked
along the same process line. This allows all machines to be optimally coordinated and
automatically controlled. Also, the handling becomes more flexible and efficient.
