IOT – IVM Office Technology is a SMART FURNITURE SYSTEM that can be used to OPTIMISE the SPACE and appropriately manage workstations and meeting rooms. Each person can use a special APP on their Smartphone or PC to remotely locate a free workstation or a meeting room on the designated day. At the same time, the Facility Manager can use the data relative to the actual use of the workstations to streamline occupation of the space.
