Di Martino’s 100% Italian durum wheat semolina is carefully selected from national fields, to bring to our table and to your dishes all the colors and tastes of the real Italian cuisine. Boasting an incredible 14% protein, it is fantastically 40% more resistant to cooking and highly digestible. 

Our production site is placed in Gragnano, at a stone’s throw from Pompeii and the marvelous Sorrento Coast. Safeguarding Gragnano’s ancient certified method and using only high quality durum wheat semolina mixed to the local spring water, Di Martino pasta has deservedly been certified as a PGI product. The bronze die confers to our pasta a pretty rough surface which allows it to perfectly hold sauces, while the slow drying process, happening at low temperature, helps it to keep all the fresh and tasty flavor of wheat.
