Clean seas and sustainable fishing
Rizzoli products are guaranteed to be healthy, because they come from the cleanest areas in the sea. The “circle fishing” technique, using boats equipped with lamps to attract the fish, also ensures they come to no harm during capture, preventing damage and guaranteeing first-class quality.

Fillets of anchovies, tuna, mackerel and sardines caught in open sea, processed entirely by hand and preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil. 
Completely natural, from certified olive groves, organic extra virgin olive oil is a tasty newcomer to the world of fish preserves. 
Obtained from the first pressing of the olives, through an exclusively mechanical process and without any chemical process or substances. 
Enhances the qualities of the raw materials, selected and processed by hand in keeping with tradition.

Oblò del mare line

Fine tuna and mackerel fillets individually grilled on both sides. Preserved in an innovative transparent tin with  an “easy-opening” systemthat makes the product visible even on the shelf.
The fillets are free of skin and bones and are steamed so as not to alter the nutritional properties, and grilled one-by-one.
Natural source of proteins, and ready to eat: ideal for those in a hurry who do not want to give up on healthy and tasty eating.
